Globally renowned for its fruity and fiery profile, Kampot pepper has a prestigious protected designation of origin, similar to Parmigiano from Italy or Champagne from France. This recognition is exclusively for premium pepper grown under strict guidelines in the Cambodian provinces of Kampot and Kep. At Sindora Garden, the pepper creeper thrives on shaded wooden posts, yielding vibrant berries over three years. The prized black Kampot pepper, derived from early green fruits, undergoes meticulous processing, resulting in a superior product with fine spiciness, ideal for enhancing steaks, roasted dishes, braised and grilled items, as well as dark sauces and robust soups, promising a sensory delight.

What is included in the package:

- 'Voices of Cambodia' Journal
