Kampot pepper, globally renowned for its fruity and fiery aroma, holds a prestigious protected designation of origin, similar to Parmigiano from Italy or Champagne from France, exclusively awarded to premium pepper meeting strict guidelines in Cambodia's Kampot and Kep provinces. At Sindora Garden, the creeper thrives on shaded wooden posts, yielding vibrant berries over three years. The process of obtaining white Kampot pepper involves placing ripe red berries in a water bath, skillfully removing the pulp, and drying the white core in the sun. With a clear and fresh taste, white Kampot pepper complements soups, poultry, pasta, and grilled vegetables, offering a unique culinary experience.
