I captured children playing on the beach, their laughter carried by the waves. The joy in their movements and the carefree way they embraced the moment screamed freedom. Watching them, I couldn’t help but wish for everyone to experience that same unfiltered happiness—a reminder of life’s simple, beautiful moments.

Meet Joseph Abbey-Mensah

Joseph Abbey Mensah, known artistically as Sarf Bort, grew up in a community rich in tradition and culture, where art became an integral part of his life. From an early age, he developed a passion for expressing his imagination through visual storytelling, which remains one of his primary creative outlets. As a creative, Joseph finds fascination in the process of creation itself. A distinctive aspect of his approach is his perspective: he often views his work as an observer rather than the artist, embracing both admiration and critique as essential parts of the journey.

His art is deeply inspired by the beauty of nature and the vibrant culture that surrounds him, blending these influences into every piece he creates.
